Delivery Policy

National Delivery
Ackermans offers free delivery for any order R500 and over. Any order placed under R500 will carry an additional R99 delivery fee. Our shipping services are contracted to (but not limited to) RAM and RTT.
All orders are processed within 1 working day of receipt. For delivery in major towns and cities, you can expect 5 – 7 days for delivery. For smaller and rural towns shipping can take up to 7 – 10 days. Delivery times are estimates and we offer no guarantee against any delay.

If we are experiencing high orders volumes, shipments may be delayed. If there is any significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
